Essential QR:

• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (Cyber Security/Technology Computer Science preferred).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 03 years’ experience in core Penetration Testing / CEH / Cyber Security with reputed organisations or as an independent consultant or Founder of organisations dealing with Cyber Security.
  • Recognised certification/ formal training in CEH, Penetration Testing, or Cyber Security and Red Team Ops.
  • OR
  • Minimum 03 letters of recommendation from industry-acclaimed cyber experts or NAAC “A” accredited Institute or recognised Information Technology/Cyber Security bodies/Government organisations testifying the Proof of Concepts and published papers on Cyber Security / CEH / Information Management.

Desirable QRs:

• Programming Language expertise.
• Functional knowledge of Hacking Forensics.

Note: Serving members of the Regular Army/Navy/Air Force/Police/GREF/Para Military and similar forces are not eligible.

Selection Procedure :

A four-phase selection procedure will be followed:

1. Phase I: Document Check.
   • Benchmarking of candidates based on qualifications for preparation of merit list & issuing call letter for the written test.
2. Phase II: Written Test (100 Marks).
   • Only candidates scoring 60 Percentile and above in the objective type written test will qualify for the Practical Test.
3. Phase III: Practical Test (100 Marks).
   • Candidates qualifying in the Practical Test will be called for an Interview.
4. Phase IV: Interview (300 Marks).
   • Interview by Board of Officers at Directorate General of Territorial Army.
5. Medical Examination:
   • Recommended candidates will undergo a Medical Examination at Armed Forces Clinic, New Delhi followed by their Police Verification for final selection.

• Send applications along with requisite documents to:

Required Documents

• All educational qualification certificates (Matric onwards till Graduation).
• Copy of Identity proof with photographs (Voter ID/PAN Card/Aadhar Card/Passport/Driving license etc).
• Domicile/Residential proof.
• Certificate for proof of age (Matric/Senior Secondary mark sheet & certificate for verification of date of birth).
• Latest income proof from the appropriate authority (i.e., Income Tax Revenue Department / Magistrate / Employer).
• Copy of PAN Card.
• Copy of Aadhar Card.
• Copy of Certificates/Reports of all Courses.
• Copy of the latest Income Tax Return (ITR) filed.
• Candidates whose names vary in documents should submit a copy of Gazette notification of India/State showing the correct name duly supported by newspaper cuttings.
• Self-employed candidates are required to submit an Affidavit on Non-Judicial stamp paper of minimum value duly attested stating the nature of employment and annual income along with a photocopy of PAN card and self-certified character certificate.
• Service certificate by candidates employed in Central Govt/Union Territory/State/Semi Govt/Private Sector authenticated by Head of office along with No Objection Certificate by the department.
